Jason Falco - Business Leader in Fencing and Operations
An accomplished entrepreneur based in Morrison, Jason Falco has served as the owner and operator of Stand Strong Fencing of Southwest Denver since launching the business in 2023. Since its inception, Jason Falco has managed daily operations, supplier and subcontractor relationships, sales staff mentoring, referral partner development, and financial planning. In its first full year, the location generated $1.365 million in total revenue, reaching 189 percent of the franchisor’s target for new locations, and is on pace to generate $2.2+ million in 2026. The company has completed more than 900 fence installations in its short tenure.
Mr. Falco has a background in operations, vendor management, business process outsourcing, direct sales, marketing, project management, consulting, and business development. His work has included responsibilities tied to team leadership, process development, relationship building, sales and service, and budget management. Mr. Falco also received the 2024 Brand Champion Award for top franchise location revenue, and previously earned a record seven consecutive Qwest/CenturyLink Circle of Excellence awards, an annual recognition for top-performing sales personnel.
Mr. Falco earned an MBA in technology management from the University of Denver through an executive program sponsored by MCI Telecommunications. He is a member of the American Fencing Association and the United States Golf Association. Outside of his professional work, he enjoys skiing, golf, cooking, movies, and travel. He has played more than 200 golf courses in North America, and visited more than 20 countries. He particularly values time with his two daughters and wife of more than 25 years.
